Windsor Academy Trust was therefore formed to improve the quality of educational provision through the sharing of ideas and best practice amongst its schools. Our focus on teaching and learning is underpinned by our values of collaboration and co-operation.
At WAT we combine a shared experience of primary and secondary schools and promote student and staff collaboration. This raises aspirations across a family of schools united in their ethos and operation to achieve the very best for all their students.
We work collectively to ensure that all our children achieve their very best in a climate of high expectations where teachers feel motivated and empowered.
We aim to give those who train with us a solid foundation in their craft of teaching and ensure that our trainees are confident and flourishing with a support network of peers and mentors.
